The Dark Side blends subtle Carolina Reaper smokiness with the umami flavours of black garlic. Roast garlic adds depth, while hints of lemon and treacle enhance the complexity, culminating in a dark, indulgent, and intensely flavourful experience.

We use only natural ingredients, with no additives or thickeners, so some separation is to be expected. Just give it a shake and you're ready to go!
